I have been diagnosed with IBS-C three years ago. I have not found any relief. I’ve been to many doctors and still no real answers. I would love to hear what you think about ways to help IBS-C. I’m so confused by what to eat. It seems that it’s the act of just eating- seems to upset my stomach. The first step is to see if underlying small intestinal bacterial overgrowth needs to be addressed. I’m happy to see you about this individually, if you can come to my office for an appointment. It spotlighted the gut as integral to overall health, which is hugely important, though rarely addressed in today’s mainstream healthcare system. Thank you! I recently blogged about my own health matters where I mentioned your practice and this website. Venu Julapalli, M.D. May 3, 2019 at 7:53 pm - Reply Thanks, Kendra. Checked out your site; very nice.
